King prawn tagliatelle

This is my sister Joanna's recipie, easy to cook and tastes fantastic 
Ingredients: 
Tagliatelle  
Pre cooked King prawns (a couple of packets) 
1 large red or white onion 
1 pepper red or yellow 
1 jar of red pesto 
1 lemon 
1 packet of cherry tomatoes 
Rocket 

Method:
Chop the onion and pepper, fry for about 10-15 minutes allowing the peppers to soften. Add the tomatoes about half way through. Then add the zest of the lemon and about half a jar of the red pesto. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Meanwhile put the tagliatelle on the boil and cook for about 8 minutes. Lastly add the prawns and cook for about 3 mins. Mix the sauce into three drained tagliatelle and serve with a slice of lemon and handful of rocket
